The Tree of Life Counseling Center is primarily a fee-for-service practice but does accept some health care insurance and Employee Assistance Program plans.

If you would like to determine what your benefits are before our first visit, contact your insurance company at the toll-free number listed on your insurance card. You will want to ask:

• What are my mental health benefits for in and out of network providers?
• What is my deductible and have I met it?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

Fees:
Payment in full is due at the time of your appointment. Our services include:

• 20-minute introductory session: Free
• 45-minute individual therapy: $150
• 60-minute group therapy: $50
• Assessment: Fee varies

A 10 percent discount will be given on payments received 30 days prior to your appointment.

A limited number of scholarships based on financial need are available.
